That's when Amanda appeared. She wasn't searching for a job; in fact, she had no plans to leave where she was. But through a friend's referral, her name landed in Jessica's inbox. Jessica and her husband Frank have been together since college — over sixteen years of love and a faith that has carried them through more than most people will ever know. Their rainbow baby is here. After three miscarriages, one missed miscarriage, 2 rounds of IVF and a failed transfer, Jessica knows what it means to sit in the dark and still choose to believe. Those seasons broke her open in ways she never expected — but they also built something unshakeable in her. She held onto faith that led her somewhere she never anticipated: surrogacy. And through that beautiful, unexpected path, her rainbow baby came home. Now she's living it — the sleepless nights, the belly laughs, the quiet moments of I can't believe you're finally here. She gets to be a mom. And that changes everything about why she does this work. That's what makes this different. This isn't a business built from the outside looking in.
